Who we are

www.brickandmortar.design

Hello, I’m Tiersa Wodash, owner and architect. I love reimagining old buildings and helping business owners realize their brick and mortar dreams. Along with a small handful of independent contractors, we make a team. I need a clever and efficient collaborator to lend a hand with the growing business.

Brick and Mortar is a small-scale commercial architecture design firm located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Duluth. Brick and Mortar (BAM) specializes in predesign services to guide business owners through the process of imagining the physical needs of their business before the building search even begins and evaluating whether a building is a good fit before purchasing or leasing. We provide full service architectural design services on a limited basis. Customer relationships are of utmost importance.  We serve business owners across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Position Overview

Brick and Mortar is looking for a candid, problem-solving Coordinator to add to our creative team.  A person who is detailed, organized and great communicator as a team member. A person who is willing to take initiative in defining gaps and finding efficiencies in processes. The person must be willing to take direction, yet work independently and manage their own time to meet deadlines.  Tasks will vary weekly, therefore multi-tasking, flexibility and clear communication will be essential.

This position will begin at 10 hours weekly with room for growth. The first priority for the position is administrative, followed by media and marketing.
