If we haven’t met yet, I’m Tiersa, the founder and principal architect of Brick and Mortar design studio. With over fifteen years of industry experience, I bring a wealth of expertise and lessons learned to guide your project from ideation through the construction process. My passion for design is fueled by each entrepreneur whose business grows and flourishes through opening or expanding their brick and mortar. lifting up and I share my passion to the table by educating, inspiring, and guiding you through the concept phase and architectural planning process.
My architectural journey began with the love of building with legos and setting up barbie’s home in lieu of playing house. I knew I wanted to be an architect before graduating high school and master’s degree in architecture from North Dakota State University. I started my Before launching BAM in late January 2020, I received my and cut my teeth for a dozen years at a local architectural firm designing and managing commercial projects ranging from small interior remodels to multi-million-dollar extensive renovations.
